Shimotsuki currently runs two Maru brand restaurants in Aoyama and Ginza both in Tokyo, and will open a third location in 2018 just in front of JR Shibuya Station.
Our concept remains consistent across all of our locations: prepare authentic washoku using quality ingredients, and employ authentic Kyoto ryotei techniques. We strive to evolve, and so with this basic principle, we add our own modern twist to the cuisine and service.
